Hearts Are Only Open When They Break

Vic is your average 17 year old boy. Just kidding! Vic has been hiding a terrible secret for years. Once it gets discovered by his family, desperate measures are taken. His family sends him to the Psych E.R. and he gets hospitalized for his unhealthy behaviors. There, he will meet a boy named Kellin [duh] and they will become close friends, or at least as close as they can be. You see, the rules at this ward are quite strict. There is no physical contact aloud with other patients, you are not allowed to befriend anyone within the ward, have contact with other patients outside the ward, and there is no negative sub grouping aloud, which is when you talk or whisper without a staff being there to supervise your conversation. Kellin knows this place like the back of his hand, but does he know it enough? Will the hospital bring them together, or tear them apart? Will Cara sabotage their relationship? What will happen when Kellin leaves without a chance for Vic to say goodbye?
