Third Person POV...
"Tesseract's energy spiking!" A SHIELD scientist announces.
"You said that this morning." Dr. Erik Selvig points out. "What the hell is going on with it?"
"We don't know, the tests show that it just turned on itself." She responds. "Its giving off low levels of gamma radiation. Nothing that harmful."
Selvig nods and walks back to his station, seeing if the energy levels go up anymore. And they do. But before Selvig could even utter a word a beam comes out of the tesseract.
The beam is much like the Biofrost bridge; Too bright and blue.
It caused a slight shake to the structure but not enough to make the building cave it on itself, though.
Once the tesseract dies down, the energy levels become stable quickly along with the tesseract itself. But there is something left behind from the outburst.
A person to be more exact.
As everyone gets a better look at the figure, they notice the dirty, ripped dark red peacoat with some buttons torn off, smudge-y black leggings, long dirty blonde hair, brown leather combat boots, and finally what she has in her hands that are hanging at her sides.
Two M1942 Pistols, also know as the FP-45 or Liberators from the 1940's.

Fire and Ice
Ever since she was little, Kate Carson's favorite thing to do was learn. And, after losing nearly everything and gaining a power she never wanted, she had to learn to adjust -- and she's still learning. The other Avengers have no scruples against forcing their way onto her list of loved ones, ready to help her get back to where she needs to be. Sadly, as hard they try, they can't, not fully. She needs something else, something she's too guilty to turn to. Bucky Barnes should be dead, and, according to most, he is. But Kate always refused to believe it -- and she's later proven right. When this pair cross paths and realize they're in the same boat, together, they might be able to get to the place they need to be. They might be able to finally live how they're supposed to. And, maybe, they'll find a type of love they never imagined. ~_~_~_~_~ She sits there, looking around at the toddlers she's supposed to be saving the world with - because Fury, in his great and stupid wisdom, decided to put Kate on that list. She told him no, he told her they might not even need it; she told him to take her off, that she was just a scientist, but he told her they'd need a top scientist in their corner; she told him no one on that list needed her, that they would be just fine without her, if not better, and he told her this was the best way she could use her powers if the need arose. Powers. Here, in the field, that's what they are, aren't they? That's what Coulson says. That's what Nat and Clint say. The one place they need destruction. But Kate doesn't want that. She never has. But she took her own choice away. And that infuriates her.

She knows or knew both Steve and Bucky from the 1940's. She was having a hard time remembering them. After getting her back to the tower, both soldiers had to confess their feelings for the She-Wolf. As they were doing that. She confessed her feelings for both super soldiers. But what will happen when the leader of HYDRA plans to turn the three into his own Winter Soldiers? Will the She-Wolf let him control her and her mates? Or will she fight for her life and her new family? She was taken by HYDRA and experimented on. After S.H.I.E.L.D. got her out of there. A few weeks or so. She got captured by HYDRA again. After a few days, S.H.I.E.L.D. rescued her again and helped her find a place to stay, away from HYDRA and stay in New York. Years later, (Y/N) was walking into her home and found Nick Fury in her apartment. He told her was happened after she was away from S.H.I.E.L.D. and asks her to join the Avengers program. She agrees and now helps her team members with protecting New York and the world from threats. But what will happen when it comes to the endgame? Will she allow a team member take their life to save millions? Or will she use the stones herself to protect millions? It's been almost two years since the defeat of Thanos & the effects of the snap was successfully reversed. The world has slowly picked up the pieces & everyone worked hard to resume their lives right off where the Decimation left them hanging. Some succeeded, as easily as pressing the play button after putting a movie on a long pause, while some were never the same again despite regaining everything and everyone they have lost. The Avengers were the lucky ones. Lucky enough to go back to their normal or fortunate enough to be given a fresh start. Tony & Pepper got married & jetted off in a private island to finally start their long overdue family life. Sam moved back to D.C & resumed his work at the VA. Rhodey continued working as a military consultant & Wakanda has never been more occupied as it became the number one tourist spot in less then a year. Clint went back to retirement tugging Wanda along with him to his farm where Laura welcomed her with open arms. Thor & Bruce were off-planet helping the remaining Asgardians settle on a new home. Fury rebuilt his super spy network with Maria overseeing operations at the Avengers Facility, recruiting, training a new breed of response team. And Steve finally got Bucky back & they have spent the past year back in Brooklyn, traveling the world once in a while & even participating in USO tours and fairs. Everyone tried to move on and rightly so because at the end of the day, that's pretty much what's expected of everyone after any tragedy. Natasha, too has moved on. The only problem is, she chose to move on alone. * I don't own any of these characters or wish to infringe on any copy or intellectual rights. When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free?
