Third Person POV...
"Tesseract's energy spiking!" A SHIELD scientist announces.
"You said that this morning." Dr. Erik Selvig points out. "What the hell is going on with it?"
"We don't know, the tests show that it just turned on itself." She responds. "Its giving off low levels of gamma radiation. Nothing that harmful."
Selvig nods and walks back to his station, seeing if the energy levels go up anymore. And they do. But before Selvig could even utter a word a beam comes out of the tesseract.
The beam is much like the Biofrost bridge; Too bright and blue.
It caused a slight shake to the structure but not enough to make the building cave it on itself, though.
Once the tesseract dies down, the energy levels become stable quickly along with the tesseract itself. But there is something left behind from the outburst.
A person to be more exact.
As everyone gets a better look at the figure, they notice the dirty, ripped dark red peacoat with some buttons torn off, smudge-y black leggings, long dirty blonde hair, brown leather combat boots, and finally what she has in her hands that are hanging at her sides.
Two M1942 Pistols, also know as the FP-45 or Liberators from the 1940's.

Red Winter
It's been almost two years since the defeat of Thanos & the effects of the snap was successfully reversed. The world has slowly picked up the pieces & everyone worked hard to resume their lives right off where the Decimation left them hanging. Some succeeded, as easily as pressing the play button after putting a movie on a long pause, while some were never the same again despite regaining everything and everyone they have lost. The Avengers were the lucky ones. Lucky enough to go back to their normal or fortunate enough to be given a fresh start. Tony & Pepper got married & jetted off in a private island to finally start their long overdue family life. Sam moved back to D.C & resumed his work at the VA. Rhodey continued working as a military consultant & Wakanda has never been more occupied as it became the number one tourist spot in less then a year. Clint went back to retirement tugging Wanda along with him to his farm where Laura welcomed her with open arms. Thor & Bruce were off-planet helping the remaining Asgardians settle on a new home. Fury rebuilt his super spy network with Maria overseeing operations at the Avengers Facility, recruiting, training a new breed of response team. And Steve finally got Bucky back & they have spent the past year back in Brooklyn, traveling the world once in a while & even participating in USO tours and fairs. Everyone tried to move on and rightly so because at the end of the day, that's pretty much what's expected of everyone after any tragedy. Natasha, too has moved on. The only problem is, she chose to move on alone. * I don't own any of these characters or wish to infringe on any copy or intellectual rights. I'm just someone who has a deep love for the MCU that I can't help but try to keep the story going, keep these characters alive in more adventures, especially with 'endgame' hovering, looming over us.*Complete

Lexi follows Barnes from a distance, helping to set him up with a home and job, without him knowing it was her. She had moved in to the apartment across from him, playing the friendly neighbour, which was a feat in itself. Lexi was never considered a friendly type of person. It was her mission, to help keep him safe, recover his past, and obtain any Hydra information. She makes sure to bump into him, while shopping for groceries, introducing herself, but she finds he's very closed off and guarded. Can she get through to him, or will he up and run again? When Hydra operatives come crashing through their complex, Lexi must make the choice, to stand and fight, or run. Will the two work together?
