Crimson fell like rain and gobbets of mattered flesh and bone cascaded from the sky. He opened his arms, revealing in the gore and blood pouring from the sky and mangled bodies  scattered across the earth. The boy grinned, his lips spreading wider than humanly possible revealing sparking teeth.
"So ready to play?" He sneered.
She nodded and swallowed, she was ready.

Geos the land of magic, lost technology and more. How ironic that Lyra of all people was sent with her friend Setho on a mission that leads her to this.  Her curiosity will guid her to stones best left unturned.
