The Teen Titans were in Steel city. They were inspecting the tower in the Titans East until there was an explosion back in Jump City. They went right in time but they were to late to catch the criminal. The criminal left a bottle of zythonium so they tried to track him. The second time they found him they finally fought him but he dodged all their moves. They found a trace of him leading to Steel City so they went to discover the criminal.
