It was  called the Warlords event, the first ever to take up almost all of Alfenheim in its scale and scope. Kirito was appointed as one of the many Warlords and as he learns how to command armies, he also comes to face the newest threat in the world of the game. The Necromancers are several bosses spread out through the lands and act like AI warlords but one such Necormancer is a player, and a American one at that. But when Kirito's friend, Sinon, meets the Necromancer, she finds herself tangled up in a web of mystery, alliances, deadly betrayals, and affairs of all sorts.
