Alpha is the more aggressive one out of everyone. They are the larger and stronger ones, the dominant ones in bed. They like to take the lead and will challenge anyone who is against them. And lastly, the Omega is the softer and gentle of these roles. They are the nurturing parents who raise their children and they are the only ones in here who can get pregnant besides Beta females. With these beliefs and stereotypes, no one is brave and willing to change their hierarchy, therefore it became a rule in the kingdom for people to stay in their roles. Up until now.
