When you are born, the government gives you a locket to find your soulmate when you are older. 
Olivia Collins is a super smart girl born into a wealthy family. After she moves to California, she starts to get used to her life there  but doesn't realize how miserable it is without her in some people's lives. Her whole life changes when she turns 15 and wants to start dating. She is skeptical about her locket and with her best friend, Blake Evans, they go onto a journey to find their soulmates.
