He awoke encased in ice with no idea how he got there, what happened, or even who he is. When he broke free, the world he found was destroyed and changed to a planet of Death.
Mutant 99, known to himself as Cross, must strive to survive in this dangerous deadly place, though questions continue to burn in his mind.
Who is he? Why is he there? How did he get there? What happened to the world? And most importantly: Why survive, when he seems to be the last survivor of humanity left?
