Thalia is kidnapped by Professor Gottschalk, and the shapeshifters - Percy, Jason, Leo and Lyte are on this quest to take her back to camp. But something unfortunate happened. Thalia was injected by a liquid that made her eyes turn gold, her hair silver, and her heart into pure evil, and thirsty for revenge after Percy. Not only that, she can shapeshift into dangerous and powerful creatures. And they only have 10 days to find her.....do you think they will finish the quest in time?

The previous summer brought some changes for Annabeth. A quest, becoming friends with the son of an enemy and being reunited with her father. But now, danger threatens Camp Half-Blood and there are more monster attacks than ever. Thalia's tree has been poisoned, weakening the camps borders and Chiron sacked as a result. Only the Golden Fleece can restore Thalia's tree but it is hidden in the sea of monsters. To make matters worse, a new addition to camp brings back painful memories to here, memories that she wanted to forget. The camp calls for a quest only to leave Annabeth and Percy behind. Will they be satisfied with leaving the quest to someone else? Or will they break all the rules to save their camp? Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters from Annabeth Chase's point of view.
