White Darkness

Ruby O'Connor wants to be normal, even know she may not always admit it. Unfortunately, the town she lives in has already classified her as "crazy". Shes had a traumatic childhood that has scarred her, giving her horrible nightmares. This has been happening since Ruby can remember. There are three people that always have her back; Clara, her foster mother, Miss Lucas, the librarian, and Laurel, her one and only friend. As you can see, Ruby's life is anything but great. One day changes everything. While being picked on at school, Ruby undergoes a flashback and hallucination. Word spreads through the long town and Ruby is sent to a mental institute.
