Life is a paradox. Nothing is definite, everything is unsure, and no one knows this fact better than Alexis Lancaster. Trying to prove a budding theory about how she's an insignificant cell the universe can successfully do without, she's been doing extremely well. It's not until Collin Ross saves her from an increasingly embarrassing scenario in class that her life begins to change. Does this mean its changed for the better, or for worse?
