Not many people believe in elves. Unless you live in Iceland, in which 54.4% of the population DO believe in elves.
Unfortunately, Lily Beachbranch does not live in Iceland. She lives in the suburbs. Boring suburbs. The only exciting part of Lily's seemingly mundane town is the downtown area, but none of the kids are allowed to go there. Their parents always say it's because of the sketchy people who roam the downtown streets, or the old, sagging, moldy buildings that line Main Street. But, for some reason, Lily finds herself drawn to downtown.
Little does Lily know, the cause for her strange attraction has to do with elves. Real, actual, pointy-eared elves. And soon, Lily starts changing.
With the help of a friend and a cat, can Lily get through this? Or, more importantly, what happens afterwards?

This book is science fiction disguised as fantasy, so for those looking for a Tolkeinesque book with elves who have hard to pronounce names and complicated life stories, THIS IS NOT THAT.
Sorry. The Hobbit is a pretty good book.

This is a story about a impish girl living the life a boring girl that has no adventures events in a small city she lives in. She find seeing the same people and a few of her species In the city, she wonders that she can find more people that are different then the people in her city. Her parents don't understand Her imagination. The human on the other hand wants back full humanity, they captured mythic creatures and kill them or used them for experiments. She want to help her people but she need ally's along the way. Her name is calliope, she's is a ordinary girl wanting her life to be interesting. Along the way with her friends she finds a human man trying to kill all myths. She is determined to save her people. Now this is my first book/novel I ever made I know it's not perfect but I will keep trying to develop my writing skills in the mean time I hope you enjoy this story I wrote. Alex is a 16 year old girl that lives in a small village in the United states of America. Together with her best friend Tyler she faces challenges no normal teenager should ever face. "I knew I was different when I was little, I knew being a werewolf wasn't normal!" The code she made when she was little was to protect her town but that proves to be hard when your dad isn't supernatural and you don't where the hell your werewolf mother went. It also doesn't really help that when she finally makes friends at school they are forced to help Alex as one of them get's bitten by an unknown alpha. What makes matters even worse is that human friend Ben is absolutely terrified of Tyler and Tyler can not stand the sight of Ben. When things finally seem to go back to normal it all blows up in their face one more time, this time the explosion is so big people die and Alex is forced to kill. Will she be able to ever become a normal teenganger again, especially after meeting so many people and seeing so many of them die one by one in front of her eyes. Will she ever be able to get the image of killing out of her head. And will this all ever even stop?! Or is she going to have to be scared for her life for as long as she lives! Sapphire is an orphan elleth whom was brought up by dwarves in the Mines of Moria. Now she wanders the wilderness of Middle-Earth as one of the most skilled rangers ever known. With her skill with both bow and blade as well as the axe and daggers, she is sought out by Lord Elrond to attend a meeting of all the great races in Rivendell. There she meets Aragon, an old friend or hers who is a fellow ranger and she also makes the acquaintance of a dwarf, an elven prince, four hobbits, a wizard and two men. Along with her trusty wolf companion, Nasha, and her horse, StarLight, Sapphire is swept up in a quest to save Middle-Earth. She forges long lasting friendships with those around her and finds herself getting close to the elven prince even though they start as rivals. This is a Legolas love story but if any of you have read my other fan fictions then you know I love character development and so this is likely to take a long time to get started. Also, I know there are like a billion fan fictions with the same plot, that being a female elf who is part of the fellowship and ends up falling in love with Legolas.
