Zander misses a day at school, no one is concerned. He misses two days, people are mildly concerned. But when a week passes and no sign of the 13 year old, people grow more and more concerned. Thomas especially. They go on the hunt, searching for the seemingly vanished Zander. What they unearth is more than they can swallow.
Zander's been changed. A few new features stuck out, he's been experimented on. He, along with many others, have been tested on, tags punched into their cheeks. Numbers reading off their death number.
Zander was next.
