If you had to fight your way through ten impossibly hard levels of some kind of sick game, would you do it? What if I told you that you had no choice? It was fight, and keep going, or die. That changes things doesn't it? Now, what if you were offered one miraculous prize at the end? Something that you wanted more than anything else in the world, wouldn't that make winning all the sweeter? But of course, there's a catch. You have to choose between that thing you want the most, and the lives of strangers. But something so cruel and unjust couldn't possibly exist, could it? If you think that, well, you're very wrong.

This place is the same but very much different. Emotions aren't as helpful as I'd thought, each time a feeling or memory is recovered bits of my sanity disappear.
