It's been decades since the war ended, and Pyrrhia is safe once again. Yet, trouble stirs far from the battle-scared continent. On a peaceful land called Hirynar, there is a young SkyWing named Cloudspark. He lives to fight and he never turns down even a quick spar. However, one day he's fighting to become a Brawn, a powerful, gifted SkyWing that leads his or her own squadron. His opponent, Boltcast, is a ShockWing that can electrocute anything he touches. Cloudspark's friends and future squad is worried that he could die. However, that's the least of their worries.

In the middle of the battle, an unknown dragon named Shadelock came and demanded to become ruler of Hirynar. When SkyWing Queen Emerald denies its offer for an alliance, Shadelock destroys the entire arena and kills almost everyone there. Cloudspark, his brother Flintrock, and the rest of the Sky Breakers promise Queen Emerald to hunt down the mysterious menace and bring it to justice. Little do they know, there's a lot more to Shadelock than meets the eye.

All while he tries to keep his true identity a secret from his new friends. But when somone starts to pull the strings on his mind as well as the minds of the dragons around him, he finds himself risking it all to save a world he's not even supposed to exist in. As well as having to make the choice.. If living life as dragon... Is worth leaving his human life behind. ---------------------------- Hello fellow WoF readers this is only my second story and my first based on WoF so expect errors. I accept any ideas and Constructive criticism (don't be too harsh please) so come along for the ride. NOTE: Things may seem off within 4h story such as: A confusing timeline, unexplained plot holes, out of character reactions, etc. All I can say is that they're in there on purpose for the most part and will be explained as you read through the story. So if you're confused, don't worry about it, it'll likely be answered later. Also warning that this book contains some swearing every now and then. Thanks to @StormingFire555 for the cover design.
Wing of Fire - The Iceborn (Fanfiction) by EshTCP
33 parts Complete
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Recent events have cancelled this old, old story. However! The synopsis for the rest of the chapters I had planned for the sequel, Cloudborn, are at the end of the second book along with the planned third book I had planned to write. Feel free to enjoy the unfinished, old story as you please. And please remember that the new upcoming revamp is a side project that will not have my full attention, so it will not be guaranteed completion. However, the storyline is the exact same as the original Iceborn. So you needn't worry about being left in the dark! (Book 1 of the Iceborn Series) Years after the Dragonets of Destiny. Generations after the defeat of Darkstalker. Pyrrhia has been at peace for as long as their queens could remember. But the hatching of a special dragon might change the course of Pyrrhia's peaceful reign. A twin IceWing egg, hatching twin Dragonets. One with too much ice, the other with too little. Blizzard the IceWing is Iceborn. After being accused of murdering another of her kind, Blizzard is forced to flee the Ice Kingdom or be killed. While on the run, Blizzard runs into two very peculiar dragons. Two dragons with strange symbols on their bodies. Two dragons from a faraway land. A land where Blizzard could start over. A land called Magisalla. The Wings of Fire series Belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. This is merely a fanfiction. NOTE: This story was created before the announcement of the Lost Continent.
