When Sherlock confronts the Doctor, he realizes that the universe doesn't have coincidences, only plots and schemes. Meanwhile John, together with Lestrade, join forces with old friends of the Doctor's and try to work out the big picture, and discovers that the situation at hand is far more complex than they had ever imagined.
