Turns out Keon has been working with Orrin for years! (La Gasp!) and Orrin decided that since John was so powerful, Orrin should make the boy his agent. Year's later John was contacted by Orrin once again and the Joker Arc began. Now, this takes place at the end of season 2, Blyke went into the readjustment course and John was "forced" to contact Orrin once again in order to save Blyke. -Only one of the characters are mine.
