Josh Dun was diagnosed with OCD, anxiety and bipolar disorder at a young age. Even with his best friend Tyler by his side at all times, his life still feels like a living hell. Even when he knows that Tyler is trying to help him through his struggles because he can also relate to them, he still can't help but feel like he's dying. Josh struggles to get through his adult life as he learns things about himself that he wishes he could forget. The only coping method besides Tyler's presence is a journal he's been writing in since he was 26. It became part of his daily routine, and even if he doesn't think much of it he still can't go a day without writing in it. What Josh didn't know is that writing in that small leather journal would change his life.
