Emma Jones doesn't know what to do when the love of her life, Dylan Torres, gets into a car accident. And things seem even bleaker when she finds out that he's suffering from a post-traumatic amnesia that has caused him to lose all memories he has of her.

Perhaps leaving little significant mementos around his hospital room could help trigger his memory. Mementos like that football jacket she's so fond of that was originally his. Or a post-it note in her familiar handwriting wishing for him to have a good day. Or even a pot of Forget-Me-Nots that's a blatant reminder of the fact that he's forgotten someone so important to him.

But optimism can only last for so long. And the further Dylan gets from her, the more Emma begins to wonder if this relationship is worth holding on to - or if, like the rest of his memories, this relationship has also become a thing of the past.

"Always go with the choice that scares you the most, because that is the one that is going to require the most of you." -Caroline Myss He scowled and put a finger up to my lips. "Mallie," he whispered, "listen to me. You and only you are the girl that matters to me the most in this world, ok? There's no one else I want to be with, no one else that makes me feel the way you do. You are my world, and I'm going to fight for you until the end. Don't ever forget that." _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Have you ever had to make a choice? A choice that decides, not only your future, but the future of those around you? Mallie never thought she'd have to choose. She never thought she'd have to choose to see the one person she cared about suffer before her eyes everyday and not be able to do anything about it. People shouldn't have to make those kinds of choices, but she did. And the strange thing was... she didn't regret a minute of it.
