Sera Whitlock and Mea Crown are two people, you'd call freaks. Because in truth they are, Mea can go invisible, all the while Sera can sprout wings.
So when the Cirque des freaks come to town, they jump at the chance to go and apply. They meet Leonardo, the ring leader, and the other . . . unique freaks.
Soon they are fully joined, and are in a family, that they don’t judge, or who don’t judge them.
One midnight after their first day of travelling they find a wounded man –Sera and Mea hide him in their trailer and wait until he awakes.
What will he see when he opens his eyes? And what problems will he bring?
