Echo Nightshade doesn't fit in her own messed up society of powerful people. She is defiant, different, and unafraid to break the rules. She has two best friends and no family. People born with fire in their eyes and swords in their hands. Now Echo has to go after her or risk losing her forever to them. She sets out with her love, Hunter. She doesn't know if they will die, be tortured or even show up in time to save Electra. But Echo's determined to try to save one of the very few things in her life that she can count on and love. She'll risk it all for her sister. Can she get there in time before her sister becomes a heartless stranger?

However, when it comes down to it, Logan can't quite bring himself to ask the woman of his dreams to end his life, so instead lets her go - and that's where it all goes wrong.
