You died. Again. But, when you woke up... You were back at the beginning. You didn't reset... but something was off. Flowey seemed skittish, frightened even. He was KIND. The people you knew, you once held dear... CHANGED. The entire underground was different... Dark. Nobody seemed to recognize you, but a part of them still remained. Someone who just wanted a friend, to be looked up to, respected... And another who just wanted hope-who was tired of this game... You're left with two choices: Will you kill to survive, or will you die befriending them all over again?

Authors Note: This is in the AU Underfell. I recommend looking into it, it's simply amazing to me! Long story short, the "you" mentioned there is Frisk but it was a good description for the AU I found once. This is basically, somewhere the save file got corrupted, and now everything is reversed except Frisk. Hope you enjoy!

Undertale is a beautiful game from 2015 by Toby Fox. I was among the many who jumped on the bandwagon and got into the game. Since then, the fanbase has created many alternate universes (aus). Flowerfell was created a year later in comic form. It's among the saddest aus while keeping the tone of Underfell (the evil fan made counterpart of the base game). I've been wanting to write a Flowerfell fanfiction for a long time, and here it finally is. I heavily debated whether to write the usual happy ending or a sad one, aligning with the original creator's intentions. Fall into the Underground and find out. And remember, Humans and Monsters. Sometimes kindness is all we can give. Sometimes kindness is enough.

It was a nice day in the underground today, until something...unexpected happened. Who are these new humans? How did they fall down in the underground? But most importantly are they a threat? Are they nothing but a bunch of dirty killers?...Or are they friends? This is my first story, quick warning but I do hope you still enjoy this as much as I enjoyed writing this. Also all characters belong to their respective owners and creators except for the two new humans
