Life was supposed to be simple, and for a time Augustine's life was just that. Sure her mother was a woman of great powers and father a man that could shift figures, but it was all more or less...simple. Then things got complicated. Dark wolves with vicious intent killed her parents and would have been all to happy to have her join them. How she survived was a miracle that she was almost not thankful for. The price for the wolves no doubt horrid deaths she granted them was her voice. Only ever a few words, a couple of sentences at best, could be spoken without much pain. The price she had to pay.
On the other side of the spectrum was Alexander. A name that none had even known outside his own pack. Now, however, that name instilled fear in the hearts of so many, and respect in many more. Augustine's father was to teach the young boy all there was to know about leading a pack, in secret of those that didn't know their existence and safely from those that did. But when the man chose his mate and soon after had her pregnant, that role was given to Alexander sooner then he had hoped.
The two have never met until much later.
Alexander was now considered a ruthless, yet respected leader of his ever growing pack. And Augustine a rather powerful member of her new pack in Boston. When the two finally meet, sparks are sure to fly.
(I'm not the best at summaries, but I hope that sort of explains just what my story is about. If you find it lacking then please do read the first two pages for they explain more of just who Alexander and Augustine are and where the story starts.)

Literally.
*****
Grey Weathers thought he was going on a relaxing vacation with his "friend with benefits" pal, until he walks right into two people that seem like the perfect couple, Dylan and Casey. What he doesn't know is that this couple are actually mates. Dylan and Casey are a couple of werewolves and their instincts are telling them that Grey is more special than he knows.
Grey finds himself in the middle of family drama, bloody secrets and a plot that would like to see every supernatural creature wiped from the face of the earth. All this is a lot to deal with, especially when he's falling in love with not just one, but two people. Could they be falling in love with him too? Is that possible? To fall in love with someone like him?
