A collection of poems that I've written
Over the last twenty years.
A mother's love
A smile on your face
As you walked through the door,
I knew right away
You got what you wished for.
Spreading the news
Of the bundle of joy,
In a few short months
A bouncing baby boy.
Then so unexpectedly
A mother's worst nightmare,
The doctor has news
He must immediately share.
This can't be happening
Please say it isn't real,
The tests are back
And your child is ill.
It's your decision
Told you have choices,
Some say don't have it
So cruel are their voice's.
But you hold it together
Managing to stay strong,
Even though not knowing
Am I doing right or wrong.
Never once giving up
A brave and caring mother,
Giving him a chance
And your daughter a baby brother.
A mother of two you will be
At times so hard to do,
Yet so very worth it
And soon all will envy you...

An Extraordinary Life
My fifty years of good or bad heartfelt life experiences written in honest, bold and direct expressions. I believe my purpose and mission are to live a passionate life and share my interesting story with the world to inspire and touch people in many ways. I took two years to write and two years to revise and edit it with the help of my third child and two professional editors. After being turned down and advised by hundred of publishers to turn my story into a novel. I kept trying but couldn't do it as it is not in me. So until last September my very special new family doctor agreed to be my first reader and gave me good comments with excitement, I decided to self publish it with the help of my youngest child. I hope to grow as a writer, and be able to share more stories with you all. During the ten years wait, I have moved out from the unsafe home and living a wonderful and happy life that I am ready to write and share my An Extraordinary Life and it continues with you all. Please tell me how you truly feel about it and share it.Complete
Maybe, There is a Happy Ending
"There were times of hardship when people forget the courage they need to keep fighting; and survive. But I think as long as we have something or someone to believe in, to keep close in our hearts, courage will never truly leave us. We only have to reach deep in our heart to find it." I never thought I was going to escape my abusive parents. I could no longer see that one light at the end of my tunnel. I was trapped, no way to escape. You would never believe that one trip to the New York Hospital could change my life drastically, and not in the way you guys are thinking. Not negatively, but positively. Thanks to my Doctor and his son, I could finally say goodbye to my dark past and say hello to my bright future involving a massive emotion... LOVE. So, Maybe... There is a Happy Ending.Complete

What would you do if you were been challenged with the difficulty of life. What if you were pregnant for three men. One, your uncle. Two, your boyfriend. Three, you boyfriend's brother. This is what happened to Farah after her parent's tragedy death. She was forced to leave with her uncle where she was been raped. She later went to stay with her boyfriend where she started having feelings towards her boyfriend's brother. After seven months of her pregnancy, she had started to hope that everything would be fine, but when she heard about her sister's pregnancy, she realized that that was just the beginning of her problem. I love the beginnings of stories. Whether it be a book or a movie, I enjoy the opening scenes the most. Because they hold all the promises of what is to come; unburdened by commitment or baggage. Beginnings are full of hope. This story is an exception. Because the beginning of it is a sad one. It's the ending, however, that makes this story worthwhile. It's been several years since these events occurred and I have spent the majority of that time contemplating how best to share this story. Why? Because stories are important and everyone has one. When dad dropped the bomb on us about his job, i knew it was all over, dad wouldn't be able to pay off the bills and my step mom was soon going to move. Saving Hope
saving hope it is about a girl who goes through a number imaginable things. She dealt with the loss of her father and the remarriage she had to go through with an abusive stepfather who drank too much, she had to suffer from anxiety, depression, and ptsd. At first it was a project in middle school that me and four other friends decided to do because we all loved writing and we were learning about the world and all the mess that it was we were learning about all the bad before we got to the good. And we wanted to write about it. I had gotten abused and wrote the main thing happening in the beginning. But as I was writing over the years it took a change. I experienced loss and abuse and I felt like the whole world was crumbling around me and my mind was telling me I was alone. I started to write my story tweaked enough to where no one could tell. I put in things that wouldn't happen in real life but made a good story but the base of it was me. It doesn't have a happy ending but it has a meaning to me. I call it my brain vomit and my novel baby. It isn't perfect but neither am I. I have been wanting to publish this fully and I have on a seperate wattled account under the name bad boys mission and took it down. under the username GOTTO14 I have also published two other books on that wattpad account called believe and wildflower if you wanna go check those out aswell.Complete

Nothing Like That
Life, that's the funny thing about it. We always wanted things to go the way that we imagined it too, but of course plans just always have to change. What if we could've thought about how we wanted our lives to go from in the womb? Wouldn't that make everything so much better? What if we could've created our husbands/wives for ourselves, would that make us a God/Deity? Maybe, just maybe. We were all just living our truths and we needed people to come into our lives to shine the light where we always played blind to. This was about to be the reality of everything that we tried so hard to envisioned for ourselves.
