A year has passed since Los Angeles has been destroyed and there is war and destruction. Half the world is now a wasteland. The government has taken over everything and no one is no longer free. They've developed weapons that even the Supers can't handle. But Alexis isn't an ordinary Super and along with the world she has changed.
