They needed new rulers for the four Kingdoms. And so rulers they got. Alfred and Arthur don't know what is held in store for them, but when they are chosen as King and Queen of Spades, they think everything will be fine. Well, it's not. Alfred forgets everything about his life before, and so it is up to Arthur to help him remember everything they had. (Probably smut later on, US/UK. Cardverse.)
