Highest ranked- #10 in action 2/16/2017 A promotion. That's all I wanted. I didn't want to run for my life. I didn't want to be kidnapped. I didn't want to face death. I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.

Clair's life is turned upside down when she signs what she thinks is a simple release form. What it turns out to be is binding contract that she and others were tricked into signing. She is now at the mercy of a man who is not human and his hell hounds. Trapped in a sprawling mansion that is alive with magic of its own, Clair must make every move count. Especially when she survives longer than any other. When Isaiah sets his sights on her, and decides he wants Clair for more than an entertaining game, she doesn't know if she should run or give in. -an offer "I promise to give you three days full immunity from me and my hell hounds, so long as you draw what I show you, and you kiss me." Her heart stopped beating in her chest, oh god she couldn't do that. She could barely take him touching her without freaking out. His hand moved to the side of her neck his thumb by her ear. He didn't force her to look up just waited for her decision. Isaiah had no idea if she would accept his offer or not. If she didn't then he was going to have her body right here and now. If she did then she'd get her three days ,and he'd have to wait for that pleasure. More than likely he'd have to hunt her down again. But that was the fun of it, either way he doubted he'd be disappointed. "What happens if I don't?" She asked. "I'm waiting for an answer." He replied and that very clearly told her that she wouldn't enjoy what he planned to do if she said no. Full story on Hinovel app! Search Reaper's Word

You die. Game over? Not quite. Welcome to the Afterlife Crucible. Every millennium, lost souls battle for a second shot at life. Forget everything you thought you knew about the afterlife. It's not pearly gates and harps - it's a ruthless gauntlet dreamed up by bored gods with a sick sense of humour. Your regrets become weapons, your sins are armour, and your secrets? Just ammo for your rivals. This is a no-holds-barred war where only the most devious spirits get to breathe again. You'll face nightmares that make Hell look like Disneyland, and opponents who'd sell their own mothers for a chance to win. Ready to fight for your life... after death? I sure as hell wasn't. There I was, barely keeping my head above water, when some prick decided to punch my ticket early. But let's face it - my chances of winning are slimmer than my ex's conscience. Who am I? Jane Doe. Just another dead girl in a sea of corpses... a junkie, a fuckup, a waste of oxygen. Or so I thought...
