[not a Death Note fanfic the name just happened sorry] [i wrote this a while ago now i'm sorry for my terrible portrayal of depression i apologise] Liliana Wellford is going to commit suicide. She feels that no one cares for her, not even her family, so sends her death note to a random person in a different country. Her brows furrowed. "You look like you have something specific you wanna ask me." The tips of Liam's ears turned red at Emma's very accurate observation. "I, uh... I usually just bullshit my way through projects, so I have no idea what the hell I'm doing." The corners of Emma's lips formed a small smile. Liam arched his brow. "What are you smiling at?" Her smile widened. "Nothing." Ever since Emma started going to Silver Creek High, she's been bullied over her discolored eyes. They never interacted for 3 whole years. That is, until now in their senior year, when they get paired up for a school project. The two must put their differences aside and try to work as a team. But as they spend more time together, feelings grow deeper, and secrets start to rise to the surface. Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
