This is my attempt at my first fan fiction, so don't be too harsh. :/
Sorry, I know it sucks, but I was bloody inspired after reading the books. :p
I don't own any of these characters, or the parts of the books I put in here. They belong to James Dasher.  
I don't own the parts of the movie I put in here. (I wish I did Tho :p)
The rest is mine. 
So this is basically Thomas coming out of the box, but I emphasized on what the characters must have been feeling and put a slight Newtmas twist. It's really short. A little more than 1k but please read.

All of a sudden, a new Greenie comes around and notices you. you closed yourself off to him but something happens and makes you two start to become close, but what happens next? Only one way to find out! this follows tmr, tst, and tdc but not exactly Thomas and Minho are your best friends but Minho has always been closer to you if you see any errors or something doest make sense, pls tell me and ill change it. But try and be nice and resonable when you do give me advice. Basiclly, don't be a slinthead about it :) All of the characters in this belong to James Dashner. execept you, you belong to yourself, and no one else ;) I haven't written in a while and I think the book ended on a semi good note so I'll end it now and I might make a sequel in the future

Thomas' new life began in a metal box lurching through an elevator shaft. Confused, scared and filled with curiosity, he thinks the boys laughing maliciously at him are going to roast him over an open fire and eat him. When that doesn't happen, he's left with too many questions about who he is and where he came from. In his heart, though, he knows that he must become a Runner. A boy who is chosen to run through their prison, a Maze, and find an escape. This is a rewrite of the Maze Runner movies. I don't really know if rewrite is the right word, but I'm using this as an opportunity to practice my writing. It'll follow the structure of the movies with minor adjustments, especially just now in the first one. Later on more adjustments will happen, I think. I also want to include Newt/Thomas in this rewrite as I find the ship cute. My writing is a bit clunky and all-over-the-place but I hope you enjoy :) Please feel free to offer constructive criticism. It will always be welcome. Also, feel free to point out any mistakes or things that don't make sense? I've also posted this on AO3 under the same name :)
