When Royse's parents died, all the responsibilities for his siblings and their business were left to him. He never had the chance to mourn their deaths because he needed to remain strong. Pain turned him into the coldest person anyone could meet. For so long, he never thought of marriage because he always prioritized the responsibilities he had for his siblings and their business, until his grandfather offered him marriage. He doesn't even know how many times he rejected the offer, but he was finally convinced after his youngest sister talked to him. Samara, on the other hand, didn't want to get married yet either, but she didn't have a choice when her beloved parents pleaded with her.
