Kendall Summers, if she's not moving from house to house its country to country, she's lived just about everywhere, so its no suprise when she finds herself in the upper East side, Manhatten.

Working her first week at McDonalds, it seems to roll along smoothly, or should I say; that was until the captain of the basketball team, Mac Flurry walked through the glass doors leading into the fast food restaurant and ordered an Oreo McFlurry (ironic).

Kendall being Kendall somehow managed to spill his whole order over him, I think she's well and truly been crowned as 'The McDonalds Freak Show'. So what happens next?

- Made an embarrassment out of herself? Check.
- Made a wonderful first impression? not. Check.
- Made a moment worth being captured on tape? Check.

Come join Kendall Summers and Mac Flurry in their story of coming of age, romance and the occasional side of awkwardness.

This story is my happy place; I do not plan on ever finishing it. It will go on and on like a soapie. Might break it up into volumes later. "Grab a bunch of broken misfits, chuck them in a tribe, add some glitter and loads of weird-as garbage, voila, you've got yourself a fairy tale... kinda... just... you know... minus the fairies..." Paisley Davenport ♫ When Willow Mayfair's life falls apart, her mother brings her to Briar Cove, the small coastal town where she grew up. Living with Rebecca's childhood friend, a new world filled with love, excitement, and friendship opens up for both of them. For everybody who also dreams of a fairy tale and won't care if the "knights" were a little dirty. Genre: Slice of Life/Romance/Humour This is a slow-burn journey through love and life, filled with an array of beloved characters, their sad moments, happy moments and a multitude of bat-sh#t crazy moments. P.S.: This is not a fairy tale... Thank you: Micaela, for helping the characters take on a life of their own and encouraging me to keep on writing. Phillo, for not minding reading girly stories... if it's to help your mom. Jeandré, your weird-as sense of humour and quirky feedback inspires me and keeps me going. ♫ This is a work of fiction. On a summer trip to Barcelona, two children-Matt and Elena-meet by chance in a McDonald's, under the glow of a midnight moon. Both are bored, their parents still in line ordering food, when their eyes meet across the crowded restaurant. Without speaking, they start to play, laughing and running around the tables as if they'd known each other forever. Their connection is instant, pure, and magical, as only childhood friendships can be. By the time the clock strikes midnight, the two have become inseparable. As it turns out, their families are staying at the same hotel and taking the same sightseeing tours for the next two weeks. This leads to a string of shared adventures-exploring the streets of Barcelona, eating ice cream in the park, and getting lost in the city's magic. Every day brings a new memory, every night a promise of tomorrow. But all good things must end, and as the trip comes to a close, so too must their time together. Matt is returning to London, and Elena is flying back to the Philippines. As they say their tearful goodbyes, they make a solemn promise: when they are adults, they will meet again in the same McDonald's in Barcelona. That night, before leaving, Elena leans in and whispers, "Give me a kiss, so you won't forget me." Over the years, Matt and Elena keep in touch through letters, sharing stories of their lives. But one day, Elena's letters stop coming. Matt writes, and waits, but hears nothing. Years pass, but he never forgets her, or their promise. The story is about time, distance, and the enduring power of a childhood promise. As Matt grows older, his life moves on, but the memory of Elena, the girl from McDonald's under the Barcelona moon, remains vivid. The story ends with him preparing to return to Barcelona as an adult, hoping to see her again, wondering if Elena has kept the promise they made so long ago. Will they meet again, and if they do, how much will have changed? (Story inspired by Crash Adams song Give Me A Kiss)

"So this was all just a game to you . . .this whole time, you pretended to like me in order to humiliate me in front of the entire school?" An air of melancholia surrounded me, eyes watery like never before. "Were your feelings for me ever real?" There wasn't even a trace of an apologetic expression on his features as he tucked his hands in his pockets, before he gave a nonchalant shrug. The sudden urge for revenge became a prominent priority. He regarded me passively. "It's not my fault that you fell for me in the first place." he justified as he advanced my way, closing the gap between us. Unstably, I strode backwards on the concrete. ". . .stay back." I whimpered. "You're nothing but cold hearted." ·•● Two years ago, Emery Roy was tragically exposed to what some could call an intense betrayal all thanks to the originator - Dean Darnell. Everything went downward spiral after they started dating. So to avoid him at all cost, she did what any person would do: transfer school. Fast forward two years later. What happens when she's returning back to Roosevelt High, for the first time during senior year? She only has a few tasks: avoid Dean and face her obstacles. The only question is will she succeed or will she get fooled again?
