Karina Hall is the infamous Josh Washington's ex. After his sister's death, it was difficult to continue the relationship with his random angry outbursts and deranged perspective on the whole situation. So when he invites her and the group back to the cabin, she's a bit skeptical but nonetheless shows up at his door.

Once there, Josh is able to convince her that he's a changed man but then things start getting bad again.
