Holly is a 13 year old girl who's going through crap like separating parents, drama/being an outcast, and worst of all... Ryder fricken Welden. She has liked him since that one year ago in summer camp, and just thinking about him makes her heart melt.

Only problem is that he doesn't remember her, due to the fact that they've only talked a few times (she felt something definitely though), and that she dyed her hair and got different colored glasses after finding out he's dating one of the most popular girls in Springfield Middle School, Josie. Until one Friday night, he's at her door. What will happen once Ryder is in front of Holly's presence for the first time since that year of camp?

But after a few years, Geoff starts suffering a mid-death crisis. What's the purpose of going through the motions as a skeleton if you can't really live? Then he gets word that his cat, Bernie, just died and he can collect him and bring him home! Geoff and Naomi hurry to get Bernie only to discover that, due to a clerical error, their cat has been lost.
