When there are only 500 people left in the world, what would you? The United States is  at war with itself,  as the fall of society is due to a radioactive explosion.  For those still alive, there is nothing else to do but fight. Fight to survive, fight for freedom, and fight for those around you.  Each day more fatalities are present. Some are killed, some starved, and some just are missing. When Kate and her group of 9 other people leave California to try to replace the  peace that there once was, will their decisions lead to fatal endings? The only way he could get out is if he joined The Warriors to search for a mythical jungle which is rumored to be flourishing in food and water. The journey is going to be very dangerous and death can come at any corner. There are bandit clans, somehow surviving outside of the walls and new types of animals unseen from humans that they didn't know existed. He will meet new friends, make some enemies and will be manipulated to do some really idiotic things, will he survive the journey and become a hero? Or will he die anyway?
