After the defeat of the Shredder, the four mutated brother's roam the roofs of New York once again. This time, however, three of them will have to do most of the roaming...alone. The oldest has been sent off to continue his training as a fearless leader, leaving his sensai, his brothers, his friends, his...wife?
Now the city is in need of help more than ever.
Will Leonardo bring peace coming home two years later?
Or will it just bring nothing but destruction?

Splinter, the rat sensei, senses something amiss in New York City. Shredder's students Jesse, Jamey, Tasneem, and Cheyenne join the brothers after seeing that they can become heroes like the brothers. After a few days of staying with the brothers while getting to know them more, each sister started to fall for one of the brothers. Jamey and Raph started dating, and Cheyenne and Donnie started dating a few days before Jamey and Raph started. Mikey and Tasneem started dating sometime after them and finally, Jesse and Leo started after them. When Leonardo comes home from his long venture, there is an immediate strain on his relationship with Raphael while mysterious Foot Clan activity and monster sightings cause additional difficulty.
