After Hades heared some rumors about a living son of Posiedon, the sea god decided to send Sally and Percy somewhere Hades couldn't find them. But circumstances led to Posiedon to go with Percy instead. 

So father and child went to a village. Where Percy will meet a certain loud mouthed, prank loving, whiskered blond. 

They would've happily and peacefully lived their lives there--until Hades calms down and stop hunting for Percy, of course.-- but everything isn't all sunshine and rainbows, no matter which world you are. Especially since this is a ninja village after all.
