Samantha, also known as Sam, has to go to prison. Why? She sent a threat on Instagram and the cops found it. 

As she's there in the female building, she makes 3 friends: Serena, Jade, and Diamond. 

And then there's Harry Styles. He's a normal guy, hanging out with his friends everyday.

How do they meet you ask? The threat was to Harry. He's the one who put her in jail. So they highly despise each other, but things happen when she is let out that you would never imagine.
