It's been a year since she last watched her parents leave and moved back to London. The nightmare of events were so traumatic that she barely remembers what happened. Now she's living alone in a small flat in London while trying to get her life back on track. It's not easy when Rachel feels like someone is always watching her in the shadows and trying to figure out what her horrible nightmares mean and who the mysterious guy from her nightmares is and why he causes her to feel such heartbreak.

When she realises all of it is real and actually happened, it all comes back to haunt her. The events that happened in the past aren't over.
