Mai lived under this phrase due to her innocent appearance, but deadly power. Ever since she was five years old, Mai discovered a dangerous ability that changed her fate.
After her parent's gruesome death, she was told to live with her uncle where he then forced her to use her skill for his selfish benefit. Trained to become an assassin, Mai accomplished his demands and became known as the "Atropa Belladonna."
Same routine, her master gives her an assignment, and she does it. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer, right? What happens when you get a bit too close to your enemies? After Mai is forced to enter the hunter exam, she will end her mission one way or another.
