I came from a town of about 1000 people; many of which had military affiliation within their families. I grew up in an Army family, but always knew the Army wasn't for me; I wanted something more. During college preparation in high school, I made the decision of joining Navy ROTC and working towards becoming a Marine. I decided to attend University of Wisconsin Madison, school of many ladies and school of great academics. I never really dated much in high school, mostly because I was focusing on getting into the ROTC program. That was one thing I was looking forward to in college. During freshman year, I met a lot of different girls, dated a few, had a few casual relationships, but that was all until I met Jess. It's cheesy I know, but Jess changed my life forever.

Hey...I'm Faith Taylor. I was just entering my freshman year of high school. Whilst doing so, I was starting new activities outside of school, which means new cute boys, right? I often find myself falling into spirals of drama and love, so it's no surprise when I fell into another deck of it. Surprisingly, the thing that changed my world this year were many simple--eh not really--promises. Will I ever find my way to a normal high school life? ••• "Hey," he smiled. "It's cool seeing you somewhere other than tennis for once." "Yeah, you too," I smiled back at Dylan. "By the way...I never properly thanked you for helping Matt back there, so...thanks." "Nothing less for the besties!" I laughed, yet he had a split second of disappointment on his face. Speaking of Matt, things were still kind of iffy from the football game, but as I looked over at Dylan's table, an idea popped into my head. "Hey, do you think my friend and I could sit by you guys?"
