So it's the first day of junior year, new school, new friends, new house, and a new mom. As a person that likes to have new stuff all the time I still think that this is too much new stuff for me at the moment. Well I can't go back and I have to deal with my horrid step mom who is a fucking psycho bitch and I hate her but whatever my dads chill ever since you know... Well I don't want to talk about it really. Let me introduce myself. I'm Samantha but my - people call me sam, yeah I used to live in New Jersey with my mom... Now I live in Omaha with my dad and step mom and its September 27 and I am starting my junior year at Westside High and I'm actually ready to just get these first few weeks over with since everyone's been in school for a month already and since Omaha is so small my dad says that most people have known each other for many many years. The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I was always close to the Jacks, Sammy and Big Mike, since middle school. My best friends Laine, Emily and I hung out with them every weekend.
