My life isn't that bad..

Yes it's painful and I hate getting injections.

But at least it's not life threatening.

It could be worse

Beth thinks this every morning when she starts her day. It's true, there are worse illnesses. This is probably the only thing that gets her through the day.

Living with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis is hard, especially for a fourteen year old teen who is starting high school. Everything that she does she has to think of every little thing that could go wrong. Because of her arthritis. Beth McGuire has built many walls.

Will she be able to let new people in this year besides her best friend, Samantha?

Will Beth ever be able to have a relationship with an "outsider"?

Especially if the outsider is a boy?

More specifically, the über popular, totally adorable, sexy but smart, Darren Petrol?
