Dregan a rich and powerful Dunmer who has been living like a king compared to his Kin in Black Light, until someone frames him of a local massacre, he is forced to leave his home and escape the authorities of House Redoran. He is later caught in the border of skyrim, during the civil war. He is taken to Helgen with the stormcloacks and four other strangers.
