Alpha Zeus had waited for his mate for ten years. He is now twenty five, and his father has set up an arranged marriage with the beta's daugther, Eliza. Only when they get married, Eliza finds out she can't get pregnant and Zeus is furious that he won't have a Heir.  The only way is to adopt. But the only werewolf child is seventeen years old and is of alpha blood.

When Zeus and Eliza go to the Werewolf Adoption, Zeus finds out the werewolf they will adopt is his mate! Messed up! Furious that he had allowed Eliza to be his mate, he tries to back out of the marriage but no wolf can 'divorce'.
