After getting into trouble with a drug cartel and framed for a murder, Vincent Maze (a true sinner) is on the run. He is later visited by a mysterious woman (Regina/The Soul's Keeper) who tells him he has twelve weeks and three days to live. He must change or be dragged straight to hell.
