Ceil Phantomhive a rich high school student in England is forced to move to Japan when his parents change jobs. Ceil is a first year (freshman) starting at Ouran Acadamy in the fall. When he arrives in Japan he meets his friend that moved there the year before. Sebastian Michaelis. A 2nd year who looks like a 3rd year. Along the way he meets the sister of a host and she shows them to the Host Club and the twins and Tamaki force them to join (also (y/n) asking helped influence him to join).
