Blue has just moved into a new town with his owner. Blue is an outdoors type of cat, and his owner lets him out every morning. Blue walks around town hearing tons of rumors from other local cats. Word on the streets says that there have been lots of cat murders recently, and others are speculating who is behind them. Curiosity fled's over Blue, and he begins to investigate these murders, his heart set on getting to the bottom of this mystery. Will he find the perpetrator and put him behind bars, or will this felicide go unseen?
