Digesting cases has been a part of every law student's life. Honestly, I am still working on my grammar and memory. As a technique, in remembering cases especially for reciting cases, I write my own digests. Thinking that I will be hitting two birds with one stone: improve thy penmanship and thy memory.

However, reality check, I need to preserve my digests especially now that my photocopies are fading, being eaten and/or lived (by mites, mice, etc.). That's the reason why I am typing mine here to have a copy perpetually stored and available (hopefully) online.

Some of the works might be similar with yours, simply because I lifted some directly from the original text (which I do not claim ownership).

Hopefully, if you find this work useful, please do let me know. Thank you
