In a world with a corrupt government and a trashed economy the homeless are hunted and families are limited to one child. Any families caught with more then one child is kidnapped and publicly killed excepted for the first born childhood is put into slavery. They limit the kids because as evolution comes the wish to keep track of the gifted ones, but as the gifted ones grow more rapidly will the government control them or be over thrown?All Rights Reserved
