The Muffinmonsters have always been terrorizing the three other worlds: Earth, Heaven, and Hell. Arietty is chosen to lead the two-people quest to fight against the Muffinmonsters and make everything peaceful. She is already frustrated from the pressure of all this, and what makes it worse is that an arrogant and cocky immortal boy has to go along with her in this quest.
Will Arietty beat all the odds and win against these terrifying creatures, and at some point, even find love?
